Sinceramente tutto bene tranne i cuscini un po' troppo duri

La ubicación muy buena, a pocos pasos del centro y del Duomo. El alojamiento es un edificio clasico del casco antiguo de una ciudad, es antiguo pero la habitación estaba bien y la ubicación es muy buena. Una cama doble normal, un baño y bastante limpio. Relacion calidad-precio nos pareció buena. Además, nos permitieron dejar el equipaje por la mañana antes del check-in para poder disfrutar de Florencia desde el minuto uno. Para visitar Florencia y pasar un par de dias, recomendable. El check-in y check out muy cómodo.

Está situado en un segundo piso de un edificio antiguo, no tiene ascensor. Tiene una cocina compartida muy pequeña que ni usamos.

We liked the location and the room was ok. But only ok, as bare needs as it can. The real plus was that it had AC in summer, which came in very handy.

The whole check in process, in and out, was "automated" through an app. We really disliked this. I'm a computer programmer (just for context, since I do know how to use general technologies) and the application did not work well. You would have a lot of issues getting the automated door to open, to the point they had to buzz us in extraordinarily because the door did not work well. We got to the front of the house and the host had not shared how to get in, to the point we had to call them in the middle of the street with our bags and, when they answered, it was just to "call us back later" (in their defense, they did like 5 minutes later). They must have a lot of properties and have all automated/bare bones support.
