Localização, atendimento e garagem. Televisão top Internet excelente Cama confortável
Péssimo chuveiro, quase não sai água Muito quente, nem com o ar condicionado resolve porque a condensadora fica dentro da garagem e por isso empurra ar quente. Devido a localização pega sol à tarde toda.
