Breakfast was not included but we were aware of it since the beginning from the description, however, tea, coffee and sugar was provided in the kitchen. The kitchen was complete and very functional.
We did not get to walk around the area cause we were there for work, we were too tired so practically we were there just to sleep.
The location was close to the main bus terminal, it was 8 blocks. If you are traveling light walking it would be no problem but if you are traveling with luggages and with kids you would need a car. Bare in mind its not in the city center, but getting there with a car or taxi (remise) is not far at all.
The host Florencia was super friendly and very fast response.
