Położenie w centrum, blisko szlaków, stacji kolejowej i sklepów. Dużo miejsca w środku
Polowanie na miejsce parkinowe. Dwa krzesła były uszkodzone, trzeba było sie wspierac krzesłami ogrodowymi. Budynek z zewnatrz wyglada troche nieciekawie, podobnie z otoczeniem od storny podwórza. Brak telewizji - 3 dziwne kanały
