Super kontakt z administratorami obiektu, świetne warunki, podgrzewana podłoga - komfort termiczny, przepiękny widok z kuchni, czysto, przestronnie, wygodne łóżka. Bardzo sympatycznie spędziłam czas.
w jednym pokoju nie zamykają się drzwi, lecz sądzę, że to chwilowa sytuacja, dzieci były zadowolone a to jest dla mnie najważniejsze. Zwłaszcza, że pokój jest powiększony o klimatyczną altankę ,w której spędzały czas.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w Szklarskiej Porębie. Duże pomieszczenia, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia
W pierwszą noc pobytu było całkowicie wyłączone ogrzewanie. Po zgłoszeniu rano ogrzewanie zostało włączone. Przez cały pobyt brakowało ciepłej wody pod prysznicem, była tylko rano dla jednej osoby. Mycie w letniej a czasem w zimnej wodzie po całym dniu na nartach nie należy do przyjemnych. Drzwi sypialni się nie domykają. Mieszkanie mocno sfatygowane, nie wygląda tak dobrze jak na zdjęciach. Bardzo nieudany pobyt.
