House of Chariot - 2 Suites - Piazza Maggiore

The check in was easy. Great help from staff . Always on hand to assist with any queries. Much appreciated. Location was brilliant. Close to all the main attractions . Lovely authentic local experience. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. A supermarket around the corner. The apartment was very spacious and stylish. Lovely to each have a room when two people are travelling as friends . Air conditioner was great and fans are also at hand.

Only small thing is one has to walk up a few flight of stairs with baggage which is only a problem on a sweltering hot day.. but not an issue really.

Super tolle Lage! Alles hat problemlos funktioniert bis auf das Schlüssel hinterlassen.

Es war sehr kalt am Abend/Nacht da die Heizung nicht heizte. Tagsüber aber schon was für uns nicht sinn machte. Das Bett im einen Zimmer war nicht frisch bezogen und es hatte in der Schublade noch schmutzige Socken wohl von vorherigen Mietern. Und vieles war ziemlich staubig. Dass der Link mit den Informationen zum In- und Aus Checken Punkt 10:30 nicht mehr verfügbar war und somit der Code für die Schlüsselboxen auch nicht mehr fanden wir sehr mühsam und blöd.

Appartamento accogliente, ben curato, ricca la dotazione di attrezzatura, arredamento ottimo e ottima qualità della biancheria. Posizione eccellente. Gentile, sempre raggiungibile e disponibile la responsabile della struttura.

Mancanza di un televisore

La ubicación. Es muy céntrico, aunque la calle es tranquila, sin ruido de noche. Está cerca de los lugares de interés para visitar, con muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor.

La limpieza y el mantenimiento son aceptables pero mejorables, hay detalles que denotan falta de cuidado. Hace mucho calor: el dormitorio principal no tiene aire acondicionado y el del dormitorio de dos camas no enfría. Hay otro aparato en la sala, pero enfría poco. La sala es muy oscura; aunque tiene varios puntos de luz, son bombillas de muy baja intensidad. No hay TV. El cuarto de baño pequeño es muy pequeño, con un lavabo mínimo, bastante incómodo, sin sitio para tener los artículos de aseo a mano ni alguna percha para dejar la ropa. La llave de acceso al edificio no estaba en la caja de la calle cuando llegamos, lo que ocasiona un problema importante.
