All together it was a good value for the price and a comfortable stay.

It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and big enough for two people. Very quiet neighborhood. The host was also exceptionally nice.

The mattresses need replacing. If you want to hug in the middle you have to rob up a hill and then be careful to not roll back down into your valley. Also the black out curtains only cover about 3/4 of the window, so you still have to wear a mask. If you don’t have one you‘ll just get woke up really early.

Sehr schöner Wohlfühl-(Kurz)-Urlaub, ruhige Lage, super Bett, große Fenster.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, super gute Matratze (hart), viele Küchenutensilien für die kleine Kochzeile, großes Bad, große Fenster, Balkon, TV, gemütliches Sofa, Bettwäsche+ Handtücher inkl., ruhige Wohnstraße und schnell zu Fuß an der Vorderreihe, Parkplatz (optional) , Zimmer und Bad waren gut und schnell zu heizen/zu lüften

Lautes kurzes Geräusch, wenn Wasser in der Küchenspüle ablief; Informationen zur Gebühr für den Hund und den Parkplatz bitte bei booking.com anpassen. Das ist preislich alles super fair, sollte nur übereinstimmen.

Ein schönes Wochenende in Travemünde

Die FeWo war wie beschrieben. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön groß. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Matratzen waren schön fest und wir konnten gut schlafen. Toll war auch der kleine Balkon mit der Fliegengittertür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

+ Sauberkeit + Lage + Preis/Leistung + Hundefreundlichkeit + insgesamt sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung, die Eigentümerin des Hauses (wohnt im EG) und war weder aufdringlich noch präsent, sehr freundlich und respektvoll

Ich hatte einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht.

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett/Matratze waren neu und ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet gelegen. Im Bad und an der Balkontür sind Fliegengitter angebracht, sodass auch Mücken kein Problem sind.

Etwas wenig Geschirr vorhanden (zwei große, zwei kleine Teller, drei Tassen, zwei Müslischalen, zwei große Gläser). Das Besteck war ebenso minimiert. Da man aber eh aus Platzmangel auf der Pantry Küche jeden Tag abwaschen musste und ich nicht gekocht habe, war es okay. Der Fernseher funktioniert über WLAN (Waipu.TV). Leider war das Internet nicht aktiviert. Habe den Vermieter jedoch deswegen nicht kontaktiert, da ich auch drauf verzichten konnte.

Schöne, gut gelegene Unterkunft bei sehr netter Vermieterin

Die Unterkunft bei der sehr netten, freundlichen und tierlieben Frau Baginski liegt sehr gut, man ist schnell im Kurpark und in der Vorderrreihe an der Trave, wo es viele Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 1. Stock und besteht aus einem Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und einer 2-Platten-Kochplatte, einem großen Duschbad und einem Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne. Es ist genügend Stauraum vorhanden und alles ist ordentlich und sauber. Es gibt Verdunkelungsvorhänge.

Lediglich der Fernseher war ein Problem für mich, da es mir nicht gelungen ist, in eine Mediathek zu gelangen. Nachdem Frau Baginskis Schwiegersohn sich des Problems angenommen hat, konnte ich aber regulär Fernsehen gucken über waipu.tv. Eine Anleitung wäre hier sicher hilfreich gewesen.

Gemütliche Zuflucht mit Charme

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit ausgerüsteter Küchenzeile, Balkon und geräumigem Badezimmer. Alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichbar und insgesamt recht hafennah. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Stellenweise noch ein wenig Halloween-Deko an den Wänden. Die Küchenspüle faucht bei Benutzung gerne mal (Pumpe?) und kann einen bei Erstbenutzung schon mal erschrecken. Der Kühlschrank verbreitet nachts Atmosphäre von Meeresrauschen - muss man halt mögen ;)

Für den Preis eine gute Leistung. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 10min Fußweg jeweils zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zur Travepromenade entfernt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist von außen kaum ein Geräusch zu hören. Für eine Person ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung und Einkäufe. Die Plissees an den Fenstern und Balkontür sind leichtgängig und ermöglichen eine relativ gute Verdunklung. Zusätzliche Vorhänge verhinden den Lichteinfall ganz gut. WLAN Empfang ist im Apartment sehr gut- die Bezeichnung "in den öffentlichen Bereichen" irreführend. Sogar ein Föhn war im Bad vorhanden. Mülltrennung durch drei Behältnisse im Wohn-Schlafraum gut möglich. Steckdosenleiste für ausreichende Stromversorgung vorhanden. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit bei Problemen über die Handynummernummer ist gut.

Die Duschtemparatur war trotz Nachregulierung nur einen Tag etwas wärmer- sonst eher laufwarm. Verbesserungsfähig: Bei der Küchenzeile hat man so gut wie keine Ablage- bzw. Zubereitungsmöglichkeiten. Der runde Tisch würde in eckiger Form mehr Platz bieten- vor allem, falls mehr als eine Person das Appartement nutzen sollte. Hinweis keine Gemecker: Der Kühlschrank gibt kleine schnaufende Geräusche von sich. Bei der Spüle im Wohn-Schlafraum wird das ablaufende Wasser "abgepumpt" - das ist relativ laut. Mir wurde aber von der Vermieterin bestätigt, dass sie es nicht bis nach unten hören würde. Ist aber gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Hübsche gut gelegene Unterkunft bei herzlicher Gastgeberin

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit einem schönen Balkon und einem riesigen Badezimmer. Lage ist absolut perfekt, Nähe zum Bahnhof, zum Strand und zur Stadt. Preis ist auch gut, würde ich jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Außerdem eine super herzliche Gastgeberin, man fühlte sich direkt willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Betten quietschen etwas, könnten etwas besser sein, aber ich habe trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Ansonsten alles tip-top und nichts, was man verbessern könnte.
