Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
Zentrale Lage, Strand und Geschäfte gut erreichbar, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus.

Wir hatten die Wohnung 2 Jahre zuvor schon mal gebucht. Da war alles noch Top.
Zentrale Lage. Eigener Parkplatz. Der Charakter von dem schon älteren Haus hat etwas gemütliches. Bäcker direkt vorm Haus. Strand in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Sauberkeit in der ganzen Wohnung war nicht besonders. Stockflecken eines Wasserschadens an der Decke im Bad und in der Küche. Lose Schrauben am kippelnden Küchenstuhl. Mehrere Flecken unter dem Bettzeug und in der sehr weichen Matratze. Flecken im Sessel. Fleckiger Beistelltisch. Schmutziges Geschirr der Vormieter. Alle Heizkörper wurden nicht vollständig warm, müssen wohl entlüftet werden. Tapete über der Dusche fängt an sich zu lösen. Die Kommode im Wohnzimmer funktioniert nicht gängig, schiefe, klemmende Schubladen. Kissen und Sofa ebenfalls fleckig.
