It’s a property with restricted access and a nice pool.

There is no mosquito nets on the balcony.

Close to Butamyata beach about 200m, it has its own pool, nice garden, free parking next to the building, partial sea view.

The sea view is just partial. It is advertised as an apartment, but it is actually a studio.

Host is as very friendly and supportive; location is also good

Pillows had to be replaced long time ago ( I don’t mean the pillow case, which was clean and freshly changed); same with sofa cover - the blanket used to cover the sofa looks really miserable, very old and makes a very bad impression. There is no shampoo or shower gel - for the price charged I don’t think host can’t afford 5 levs to arrange supply for those. Only 1 bed cover linen was provided which is not enough for 2 people. In general the accommodation leaves a bad impression even if it is spacious. It’s not cheap as of price where it leaves an impression of a “budget accommodation”, which is pity for the facilities this accommodation has. With a small investment the apartment could turn into friendlier and cosy place, which is not the case now.
