+ Location was great, close to absolutely everything (beach, stores, restaurants), public/street parking nearby
+ The host is a very lovely lady, who clearly cares about guests' experience
+ The apartment was overall clean and had almost everything you need for a long stay
+ Having 2 bathrooms was also really convenient
+ A small present on the table was very appreciated :)

An electric kettle would be a good addition to the apartment. Also, the microwave is quite old - it needs either a replacement or deep cleaning

Great and careful host. Cosy apartment with everything needed. The swimming pool is also a nice extra.
The loud evening music coming from the restaurant next to it. Good that stops at 23:00 (compulsory).
