*Hidden Gem* Stylish apartment* Walk to beach

Sarah was the perfect host. She sent clear check in instructions a couple of days prior to our stay. The place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The added touches of toiletries and snacks was a lovely surprise on arrival 😊 She even messaged on the morning of our check in to let us know she'd ordered a fan for us to use in the hot weather which she put by our front door when it arrived that day....very thoughtful. The place is in a quiet area which was perfect and you can easily walk down to Torquay within 10 mins with easy access to get to Brixham, Teignmouth, Babbacombe or Dartmouth via bus or train. The parking space off road was such a bonus and very helpful as we used public transport the whole time. I would highly recommend Sarahs apartment for holidays and would 100% use again, thank you ❤️

Great location in a quiet road with designated parking space. Cosy apartment, nice & clean, all we needed for our 3 night stay stay. Comfy bed, good shower 🚿 Great communication with Sarah who let us in the apartment early 😊 The Kents pub at the very end of the road serves good food!

Could hear folks upstairs a bit, but it is an apartment after all!

Very good location, quiet with easy parking. Well equipped and many essentials provided. Owners easily contactable and very helpful. Wellswood is very close and has bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

No real downside, unless you wish to be more in the centre of Torquay.

De inrichting van het appartement: Geen eettafel, te klein bed en geen linnenkast. Geen mogelijkheid om in de tuin te zitten of op een terras. De volledige onzichtbaarheid van de verhuurder.
