Die Wohnung liegt in einer Top- Lage. Direkt am Bahnhof, nah am Strand, Innenstadt. Sie ist modern und komfortabel.

Die SchlüsselÜbergabe war unprofessionell und war anders als telefonisch besprochen nicht im Schlüsselsafe im Haus, sondern im Hotel. Ich musste dann nocheinmal zum Hotel und ihn dort abholen. Da ich pflegebedürftige Eltern dabei hatte, war das schwierig und auch kein guter Service. Es hätte auch ein Angestellter den Schlüssel bringen können.
