Im Spiss

The place where this home is located is really nice - surrounded by nature (oh, the soothing sound of the river stream next to it!) and at the same time relatively close to the amenities offered by the town (Staffa). A convenient starting point for hiking on a wide variety of mountain trails. The starting point of the excellent Valle Quarazza trail is literally next to the house. Getting to the trails starting in Staffa or Pecetto is also convenient - they are about half an hour's walk (or 5-10 minutes by car) from the village of "I'm Spiss". Therefore, yes - in this sense, the house can be assessed as excellent. It is also important that the parking lot at the house is spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the impression of the house was spoiled by the arrival - although we had been warned in time about the arrival time (late evening), we did not receive specific instructions about check-in, and the owner could not be contacted by phone even when we had already arrived. Therefore, first of all, we must say a huge thank you to the neighbors in the village of "I'm Spiss", who got involved in solving the problem this late evening, and thanks to whom, in the end, we managed to contact the owner and got into the home. Thank you! All respect also to the owner Diego, who apologized after this incident and tried to help us in every way from now on - both with expert instructions about the house and household, and with suggestions about what to do and enjoy in the area. Thank you! It must be said that the suite (34E, not 34B, as mentioned in the reservation) also had its shortcomings - although everything was clean and tidy, and furnished with the desire to create coziness, at the same time there were quite a few little things that prevented us from rating this apartment with "excellent " or "good": for example, a broken shower door; a damaged floor masked with a cover; several supposedly existing but non-working household appliances, etc., etc. Yes, the little things, but it's the little things that make up the overall feeling. There was a feeling that the apartments lacked the careful touch of the owner's hand.

Could not get hot water even after it had been turned on all night. Smell of gas in the place all time.

Was a great stay. We had a lovely relaxing time and my dog had all the space it needed, and wonderful walks. Just wonderful.

The stay was cancelled because the owner was in the hospital. My CC was already charged. The owner promissed a refund, mutiple times, but it never came. The owner has stopped answering my messages.

Graziosa baita di montagna in mezzo alla natura, entri e subito ti senti a casa La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno il più accogliente possibile ma ciò che la rende unica è la disponibilità di Diego il proprietario, attentissimo , premuroso e pronto a risolvere tempestivamente ogni problema o esigenza. Si vede proprio il suo attaccamento a questo grazioso paese piccolo ma meta ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano dalla confusione e fare lunghe passeggiate . Grazie di ❤️

La mancanza di un riparo per l auto nelle giornate invernali sotto zero

Struttura accogliente, pulita e ben tenuta. Posizione molto bella, immersa nella natura, ideale per rilassarsi. Camera confortevole e ambiente tranquillo. Personale disponibile e corretto.

Nulla di rilevante. Solo piccoli dettagli migliorabili, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo.

La posizione è abbastanza comoda, serve la macchina per raggiungere le piste e il centro ma è vicino e c'è il parcheggio gratuito sotto casa.

Il divano letto si può usare solo come divano. Il materasso all'interno è piccolo ma soprattutto alto 4cm e vecchio, dormirci rovina un po' la vacanza. Il box doccia è rotto.
