Bright Studio near Borough and The Shard

The apartment was in an old council block off Borough High St. It's close to the tourist attractions by the river.

Key pick-up was problematic. We were scheduled to arrive at 15.00. We got a message to say our apartment wouldn't be ready until 17.00, so contracted arrival time was broken. Difficulty telling the cleaner we would take keys from her, rather than from the dubious pick up point set out in the instructions. Apartment needs a safe, given its location. No possibility for baggage safe-keeping if you have a late departure flight

La proximité, l’hébergement était entièrement à notre disposition, et les équipements.

Récupérer les clés avec un code erroné, l’insonorisation ( on entend tout se qui se passe à l’extérieur et l’isolation ( appartement très très chaud en été)

Great location. Proximity to Underground and to buses.

Sofa not very comfortable.

The location is just fine and the flat is spacious and comfortable enough.

Staying here was a struggle at first. The property manager was NOT prepared to receive me as a guest. I arrived at the key pickup location just to be told that the previous guest hadn't returned the keys and I must wait 3 hours before checking in. Once I checked in, the door to the garden didn't even lock, so a handyman had to be sent over. The manager was at least prompt in their service.
