La casetta è comoda per il parcheggio e perché permette di raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia in pochi minuti a piedi. Ottimo isolamento e sistema di ventilazione meccanica (nonostante il caldo non ci è servita l’aria condizionata.
Piccoli dettagli: alcune delle pentole a disposizione erano molto rovinate e il Wi-Fi salta spesso, ma nulla di irrimediabile.

La struttura è moderna, ottimo bagno con una doccia molto comoda e rilassante. Posizione ottima sia per le spiagge di Porto Recanati, sia per girare nelle zone vicine.
Il treno è adiacente, si sente ma dà poco fastidio. Lo spazio esterno è un po' confusionario. Proprio davanti la finestra della casa c'è la piscina privata dove ogni giorno ci sono invitati del proprietario, quindi la privacy è un po' sacrificata anche perché non ci sono tende ma solo tapparelle a saracinesca. Metto 10 perché ha compensato la gentilezza del proprietario e perché tanto ci siamo stati poco durante il giorno
