About this apartment rental
Comfortable and large seafront apartment at the 5th floor with elevator in the center of Porto Recanati. Wonderful view of the hills from the back. Two bedrooms (one double bed and one twin bed), one large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, one well equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc.), one bathroom.
You'll have the total control of the apartment. You'll see me only for delivery and pickup of the keys. For any problem you can call me anytime and I'll be there in a couple of minutes.
You can easily reach the beach by crossing the boardwalk. Porto Recanati got many equipped bathing establishments where you can rent beach furniture and eat very tasty fish.
In 10 minutes by car you can reach the city of Recanati (where the poet Giacomo Leopardi was born and visit his house) and Loreto (famous for its Sanctuary of the Holy House where the Lady Mary was born, grew up and received the angelic announcement ).
In 15 minutes you can reach Sirolo, Numana and the beach of Conero.
In 20 minutes you can do shopping in Civitanova Marche, famous for the fashion brands known all over the world (Cesare Paciotti, Tod's, Hogan).

To reach the beach you simply have to cross the pedestrian promenade. Porto Recanati has numerous equipped bathing establishments where you can rent the beach equipment and eat excellent fish.
In 15 minutes by car you can reach Recanati (the birthplace of the poet Giacomo Leopardi and visit his home) and Loreto (famous for its Basilica, in which there is the Holy House where the Madonna was born, grew up and received the Annunciation).
In 15 minutes you can reach Sirolo, Numana and the beaches of the Conero Natural Park.

Appartamento veramente ben arredato, attrezzato e molto pulito con una terrazza che affaccia sul mare. Il palazzo si trova a pochi metri dagli stabilimenti balneari e occorre attraversare una strada pedonale e si è sulla spiaggia. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari di casa, prodighi anche di consigli per la vacanza. Il paese è molto carino e le persone molto accoglienti. Le attrezzature sulla spiaggia a buon mercato. Disponibilità di biciclette a buon prezzo nelle immediate vicinanze dell’appartamento. Vacanza molto, molto gradevole e tranquilla. Insomma tutto veramente ok.
