Comfort wise the building which has a lift elevator, well appointed rooms of course and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff all round not forgetting of course the hotels excellent location next to a lovely small park close to Fountains Square, I got the feeling however that something was lacking to justify the slightly higher than the normal higher cost anyway in staying in a comfortable reputable hotel in what is Baku's most popular tourist area.
Despite blazing signage in my room showing a QR Code for the room service menu, after wasting a lot of time trying to view the information I was matter-of-factly informed by reception that they no longer have a room service arrangement for guests but suggested instead that I might try using the Bolt Delivery App.
Out of the 50 or so plus ordinary TV channels in the room I could only find one English speaking channel and yes I know again it wasn't the end of the world but because there was no just plain ordinary tea at breakfast I was reduced to bringing in my own tea bags and got quite annoyed with myself when I forgot to bring them.
I thought maybe this lovely small hotel Inn was going through a recent change of management ownership but when I inquired I was proved wrong. So why then the lack of attention to these smallest of details?
Cost cutting? I hope not at the hotels higher than normal room rates.

الفندق جميل من يرغب السكن في منطقة الداون تاون المشكلة الوحيدة فالمواقف لايوجد فالفندق ولاكن تم التواصل معه واخبرنا بموقف بالقرب منه تكلفتها ١٥ مانات لليوم الافطار لم اجربه لاني وصلت متاخر فالليل ونمت ولم استطيع الصحيان وقت الافطار اللوان الغرفة لم تعجبني الاون الاخصر وكذلك الغرفة تعتبر صغيرة الاستقبال كان مرحب ومحترم
