First of all, the location is excellent. As soon as you step outside, everything you need is just a short walk away.
The room was modern,, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the entire room felt clean and welcoming—it truly felt like a home away from home.
What impressed us the most was the exceptional customer service. Our flight was delayed, so we had to check in late. Despite this, the staff kept checking on us, providing regular updates and reassuring us that our reservation was secure. This level of care and communication is something you don’t often experience at other hotels. They were always quick to respond to our questions and made us feel valued and well taken care of even before we arrived. Very friendly, polite, kind, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed.
We honestly couldn’t find anything to dislike about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in every way—from the excellent location and comfortable rooms to the outstanding service. We have no regrets choosing to stay here, and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly welcoming place to stay.

Excellent value and outstanding service
Stayed at Nizami Central Park Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located on Nizami Street, making it very easy to explore the city, shops, and restaurants.
The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, always ensuring our comfort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.
This hotel offers great value for money with exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku and would happily stay here again.

המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה על השדרה המרכזית קרוב להרבה חנויות , אפילו שדרגו אותנו חדר לחדר עם נוף לעיר , אבל יש לקחת בחשבון שאין למלון מעלית וצריך לעלות ומה במדרגות , היו לנו בעיות עם המים החמים בחדר (לא חמים מספיק ), וחוייבנו על כרטיס שאבד ב 20 azn .
מעבר לזה היחס היה טוב מאוד של אנשי הצוות ונקי
