Perfect Chateau in beautiful Etretat

The staff was really helpful. The property overall was well maintained. The tennis court, Table tennis, Norwegian baths were cherry on the top.

Great facilities, sports and natural beauty

There were spokes, glass and metal pieces on every part of the roads within the property. This also caused a major punctured in my car. Being in a relatively remote location, accessibility to towing services were impossible. There was no efforts made to clean to clean the drivable parts of the property.

Amazing place to relax with comfort

Beautiful house with amazing surroundings! We loved how everything was decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there is even a grill in the garden. Cooking was a real pleasure. Washing machine and a dryer were very helpful when traveling with a baby. Look forward to come back for longer stay

Amazing stay in a beautiful place

The property and grounds were wonderful, the use of the tennis court an unexpected bonus. Walks to the coastal path and to Etretat were a real treat. The accommodation was exceptional, spacious and spotless.

Perfekte Geburtstagsfeier

Einfach nur unfassbar wunderschön . Die Einrichtung einfach zum hinschmelzen. Wir haben einen Geburtstag gefeiert und vorab war die Kommunikation schon perfekt . Bei Ankunft war eine Torte im Kühlschrank vorbereitet sowie die gewünschten Eiswürfel . Sehr schöne Lage. Wir kommen nochmal wieder . Danke für alles

Geweldige tijd gehad in mooi huis op prachtig landgoed, 2 km van Etretat!

Wat een mooi kasteel op een fijne plek! Wat een groot landgoed! wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Leo de kasteelheer. Mooi huis met 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een grote keuken. Aan alles was gedacht, het ontbrak aan niets. Leuke tennisbaan en pingpongtafel. Was stormachtig weer maar dan maak je ook de mooiste foto's. Wij hebben hier erg genoten en komen graag weer een keer terug.

Wunderschöner ruhiger Aufenthalt in angenehmer Umgebung.

Schöne großzügige Wohnung im schönem Park gelegen. Bei gutem Wetter konnte man am und im Pool entspannen. Der nette Gastgeber des Chateaus war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aus seinem Gemüsegarten gab allerlei für die Zubereitung unserer Speisen.

Séjour fabuleux dans un cadre magique.

Etablissement fabuleux, superbe cadre, localisation parfaite dans la nature à 3 mn d'Etretat, hôtes aux petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse, excellent petit-déjeuner.

Un micro bémol pour un établissement de cette qualité : l'absence de vrais thés au petit-déjeuner qui seraient certainement appréciés de la clientèle britannique.

Nous avons tout aimé ! Un séjour magnifique dans un cadre d exception ! Si vous aimez la pierre , le beau , alors ce lieu est pour vous ! On s y sent immédiatement chez soi et l hôte des lieux se montre discret, serviable et très agréable ! Merci !

Déçue mais le beau temps et le parc ont compensé

Le parc, l’architecture du bâtiment et la taille de la chambre

Menage plus que moyen puisque le brosse a dents et le dentifrice derniers occupants étaient dans la chambre . Poussière dans la chambre et surtout une odeur tenace d’humidité.

La proximité du centre ville d'Etretat. Le petit déjeuner copieux.

Accueil et départ décevants (nous avons été accueilli par des chiens et les propriétaires n'étaient pas présent lors du check out). Nous avons séjourné 2 jours dans l'établissement et notre chambre n'a pas été faite (ménage, lit, salle de bains, serviettes, draps). Nous estimons qu'au prix des nuitées, nous étions en droit d'attendre autre chose. Par conséquent, nous avons été mécontentes par le manque de prestations et de suivi. Les prestations sont très loin d'un niveau attendu dans un 5 étoiles.

Suggerimento da pelo nell’uovo per lo staff: durante la colazione in comune con gli altri ospiti, se mettete le cose da mangiare al centro del tavolo obbligate i commensali a fastidiose invasioni di campo verso persone che non si conoscono. Mettete invece ile cose da mangiare in un posto separato, tipo un tavolino o un carrello 😎
