upscale environment and in a private exquisite company

This property brings luxury to a different level. We went to Timisoara for a business trip and had an amazing experience at Ovidiu’s apartments. Definitely we’ll book it again during our next visit. And, yes, Ovidiu was a great host. He provided all the info needed and made sure we feel like home during our stay.

Owner was extremely friendly. Greeted us very kindly, and even took the extra step of providing additional requests free of charge. If anybody ever goes to Timisoara, Ole Apartments is the ONLY place you should consider staying at!!

Excellent appartment for family with kids or friends.

The building and the appartment are modern. Rooms and kitchens are comfortable, very well furnitured and equipped. Free caffe, tee, and snack for the guests. Quiet environment around the house which is 10 mins far from the centre by car. The host was nice and helpful.

The apartment is cosy, clean and fully equipped, meeting all your expectations, even washing machine and dryer is at your disposal on over 100 square metres with two bedrooms and living room (each with large led TV, Netflix), 2 bathrooms. The host is kind, helpful,fulfilling your requests as soon as possible. From the apartment you can reach the downtown of Timisora in 10 minutes by car. I can recommend it for everyone :)

Once you visit it you will know where are you staying next time you visit Temisoara

- We loved everything. The owner is a great and polite person. He was available 24/7 when we needed him. - The apartment was much better than we expected. Every room including the kitchen has a huge 65" Samsung smart tv with Netflix and Disney+. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. - Every inch of the apartment was fully equipped. There were many different tea flavors, coffees (espresso, black, nes), spices and games like playing cards, chess, jenga, etc. The kitchen has some beautiful plants. - There are two bathrooms which are also fully equipped with toothbrushes, gels, toilet paper, toothpaste, miceral water, shaving cream, etc. Also both bathrooms had a hairdryer. One bathroom has a bathtub, the other one has a shower. - The apartment also had a lot of useful stuff, like an iron for clothes, a vacuum cleaner, a fully equipped kitchen (a microwave, a toaster, a big fridge with a freezer, an oven, a stove, an electric water boiler)... Literally anything you think of. We needed something at midnight, and the owner came immediately to bring it. - The parking was free in the street in front of the apartment. It was always available and safe. - It also had a thermostat which allowed us to easily heat the whole place. The place also has an AC in case it is summer and hot. - It had great wifi (about 200-300mbps), speakers and Samsung sound bars. Also, it had a usb charger for all phone types (micro usb, type c, iphone lightning charger). - There were probably some other great things we forgot to mention. All in all would highly recommend and will visit again!

Everything was just great, you would say the same! I sincerly recommended! We would go back for sure

It's in the top 3 best accommodations I've had, thanks to everything available, the apartment is equipped with everything you can need, making the atmosphere feels like home. The space is super, super large, very elegant and tastefully decorated. We were accommodated as a group of 3 people, each of us with our own room and bathroom, but the place is more than enough for 6 persons or even more. The host, Ovidiu, is absolutely awesome, super welcoming, human being and very caring all the time of our stay there.

The hosts are very hospitable! Apartment is very clean and nice. When we arrived we had many pleasant surprises, such as fruits and candies for kids!) There are many kitchen devices, even coffee machine and toaster, the apartment is full of nice details, everything is made with love!

A very cozy, spacious and peaceful apartment.

I loved the bedroom from the attic, with a wooden ceiling. Very cozy, quiet, dreamy, felt like somewhere in the mountains.The apartment is spacious and the kitchen fully equipped, so it felt like home. I also loved hearing the birds in the morning. Will definitely come back.

Apartman gde smo mi odseli je perfektan za porodice sa decom ili za neku grupu 5-6 ljudi.Izuzetno gostoprimstvo dragog Ovija.A sam apartman je ogroman,kreveti preudobni,unutra opremljeno bolje nego sto vecina ima kod svojih kuca.Ogromni televizori svuda,besplatan Wifi,Netflix,HBO itd...kafa,cajevi, rakija, cokoladice...sve vas to doceka...pa masine za ves,susenje vesa,pranje sudova Zaista domacinski!Hvala Ovi od srca!!!

Perfekte Unterkunft.

Sensationeller Gastgeber, äußerst aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Als der Nachbarhund nachts mehrere Stunden bellte, durften wir am nächsten Tag ohne Aufpreis in das Apartment in der Innenstadt umziehen. Dieses war genauso perfekt ausgestattet wie das Apartment am Stadtrand.

Nichts, in beiden Apartment fehlt einfach nichts, was man im täglichen Haushalt gebrauchen würde.

L'appartamento è enorme , 2 camere matrimoniali, una sala gigante con un divano grande come un letto matrimoniale, 2 bagni e la cucina abitabile. Luminosissimo e super attrezzato sia per elettrodomestici (lavatrice, microonde, asciugatrice, phon, tv enorme in OGNI stanza con Netflix, Disney, Prime ecc) sia come accessori per bagno e cucina (addirittura giochi in scatola per passare serate in famiglia). È comodamente raggiungibile dall'aereoporto anche con l'autobus all'esigua cifra di 4 lei. Il proprietario è una persona splendida che oltre ad essere cordiale e disponibile ha saputo arredare ogni singola camera così bene da trasformarla in un piccolo gioiello. La zona è tranquilla e senza traffico ma in 5 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere 3 diversi supermercati. Lo consiglio caldamente a tutti, ideale per le famiglie, ottimo per chi lavora e vuole un po'di pace in un contesto visivamente gratificante, da sogno per gruppi di amici perchè ben servito da mezzi pubblici che ti possono portare ovunque a Timisoara (senza contare la presenza costante di autisti Uber che in pochi minuti possono raggiungerti e farti risparmiare molto ripetto ai Taxi)

Un loc excelent pentru un sejur în Timișoara.

Un loc minunat în care ne-am simțit foarte bine. O gazda primitoare și mult bun gust în amenajarea interioara.Am stat în apt.cu 3 camere,la etajul 2.Cam incomod de cărat bagajele pe scări,dar am fost ajutați de gazdă. O zonă foarte liniștită. Parcare fără probleme în fața vilei.Nu este aproape de centru,dar cu Bolt e foarte comod șiconvenabil.Bucataria are tot ce ai nevoie, inclusiv ulei, cafea, condimente etc.Baile absolut complet echipate,inclusiv obiecte de igienăpersonală. .Raport calitate-pret foarte bun. Recomand cu căldură.

Pentru fumători ,balconul este extrem de mic,dar este și un aspect pozitiv-fumezi mai puțin. Presiunea apei la bai puțin cam scăzută.
