Cute studio apartment with new updated bathroom, location is a 10 min walk to main strip and beach area.

Floor in studio needs to be repaired, looks like they may have had water damage the floor boards were broken and uneven by the kitchen

Great location and very easy to get around. The apartment is very clean and definitely will come back again.

Parking is very small and tight. Not easy to park and just luckily that we have a small car

Die Größe des Apartments, die Nähe zur Promenade und die nah gelegene Bushaltestelle. Aber auch die recht guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Aber auch die recht züge Kontaktaufnahme bei Problemen (Parkplatz), allerdings wusste man, wie auch bei anderen Dingen, über die Zustände vor Ort nicht Bescheid. Sehr gefreut hat mich das Wechseln der Bettwäsche und Handtücher nach einer Woche.

Probleme mit der Anmelde-App und die nicht nutzbare Garage. Sie war nicht nur sehr eng und mir war ertsmals nicht bekannt welche Parkgaragennummer es war. Zudem war diese derzeit durch Bauarbeiten nicht nutzbar, was mir niemand mitgeteilt hatte. Das recht einfach und sparsam eingerichtete Apartment, was teilweise auch schon sehr abgewohnt war. Und im Besonderen die billigen und teils defekten Küchenuntersilien. Es müsste einmal dringend ein Check durchgeführt und Teile vernünftig ersatzt werden.

The apartment is in the Jardins da Rocha block where we have stayed before, and the apartment had everything you wanted/needed. Has its own parking in an underground car park. Didn't really use as it was free to park outside when we were there (November).

There were no smoke detectors, which I thought was a bit odd - thought they would be a legal requirement ? In addition, there was a "collective exhaust fan" which turned itself on and off during the day. Not entirely sure what this was for, but other apartments we've stayed in didn't have this, and it did wake me up when it came on at 8am every day. Sounded a bit like an extractor fan. The only other comment I would make is nothing to do with the apartment. There seem to be a load of boy-racers, riding around the town on their motorbikes, red-lining it, make a huge racket which, because of the high buildings, echoed around. Particularly bad at 2am in the morning. The local police need to do something about this anti-social behaviour, and because of this, it is unlikely we will return, as much as we like the beach.
