Apartment Jardins Sun Vista Mar 14

Apartment was very clean, spacious with all the equipment and accessories you would require (just lacked a butter dish). Large separate bedroom, main room had a pull out sofa bed and another large sofa. Bathroom was modern and very large with a powerful walk in shower. Free strong wifi in apartment but very poor in reception. Free parking space, 3 lifts (no long waits), free access to an unheated but clean pool, plenty of sunbeds but they were dirty with bird poo and we didn’t see them hosed down in our two weeks. Great location.

Building is old and lift area and corridors are quite dark. 2 balconies but the smaller one outside the bedroom didn’t get the sun at all and the light was broken (reported but not fixed). The bigger one outside the lounge only got sun from 3pm onwards. It was extremely windy so it was sometimes too cold to sit out. From here we had a partial sea view and a full view of the very noisy dual carriageway below. It didn’t bother us too much though. As others have said, as there are many permanent residents, we had a dog barking on its balcony. We just turned up the tv 😂. It was also noisy with floors above and below scraping their chairs around. Why can’t they lift and place them like we did in order not to disturb others?! Nuris2U staff were mainly helpful (thanks Beatriz!) and communicative but we had to phone to ask how to set up the TV (note there are very few English speaking channels, you won’t get Netflix etc). Pool was very cold and the buzzer gate was broken for the first week and we had to keep asking the receptionist to open it.

Le non respect des voisins de l’appartement en-dessous au 13 ième étages avec un chien sur le balcon qui jappe fréquemment. À plus d’une occasion, aboiement jusqu’à 11h30 pm

Clean very nice apartment. Near to a small supermarket and beach.

They only had Portuguese TV. Why? you have to pay 400 euros damage deposit.

De inrichting van het appartement was top, alles was er aanwezig. Prachtig uitzicht van op verdieping 14. Op wandelafstand van het strand.

Er viel niets tegen, misschien wel het verkeer.
