Appartamento molto spazioso e comodo. Posizione ottima (vicinissima sia al centro che alla spiaggia). Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata e in 10 minuti l’hanno risolto.
La pulizia e il bagno lasciano a desiderare

Appartamento si trova vicino al mare e alla stazione di Pineto-Atri quindi comodo per chi arriva in treno. In cucina ci sono tute le cose per poter cucinare. Ci sono anche piatti bicchieri posate ecc. Ce il kit di benvenuto con spugna e sapone per il piatti. Appartamento e abbastanza grande ce anche due balconi...non il terrazzo.
Non mi e piaciuto il bagno...era molto datato. C'era la scopa ma mancava la paletta E non c'erano bicchieri da vino.

Location ok, but very noisy from trains every 5 minutes. Loved the pool, peaceful and clean.
Shower base was filthy along rims (old dirt). Also cracks in shower and sink. The charge is 85 Euro for cleaning, so would expect better. Lots of noise from work going on in the building. Not a peaceful holiday!
