Appartamento con tutti i comfort, pulitissimo e molto curato.. host eccezionale, gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia e abbastanza vicina al centro di Pineto.

Our family enjoyed the stay in the property. Accommodation is renovated, all equipments are working and there is also AC there. We selected this property for its closeness to the beach which is in walking distance. I liked that instructions and suggestions from host were clear and helpful. Host was supportive during our stay and helped us to overcome our medial issues. We would love to return.
There is nothing to dislike. My suggestion is to place in list of suggested meal places the delicatessen shop block away.

The apartment is actually freshly renovated, the furniture and appliances are actually new! I even found a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with a view! It's out of the way, to the restaurant and supermarket max 10 min walk (although 3 min from the house is a great caffeteria!). To the beaches - paid or free - is max 5-10 min walk. Quiet, very private place, perfect for relaxation! Highly recommend
