2 bedroom Duplex Apartment Playa Flamenca

The property was as advertised. The photos were correct. Kitchen well stocked, decent fridge / freezer, washing machine, dish washer. Plenty of utensils and condiments/coffee/sugar/tea bags. Lovely rooftop terrace/solarium with table and chairs and sun loungers on offer. Plenty of toiletries available in the bathroom that i can only guess other guests left. Owner very responsive in communicating as was the local host although we never met.

Minor gripes.....As mentioned, plenty of toiletries but other essentials lacking. Only 1 toilet roll for 2 bathrooms (Just enough until we went shopping i suppose) and no bin bags at all, we were told to provide our own. Carrier bags it was then! We left our toilet rolls (4 of) when we left so interesting to see how many exist for the next guests. Basin sink water pressure upstairs non existant but shower perfect. Odd! And door unable to lock/stay closed, needs attention. Not a problem for our group but could be with more people in the group. And only one set of keys. Due to the nature of the entry/exit of the complex (No button inside gate to open it, key needed), an extra set of keys would have helped as if only one member of the group needed to leave or go to the pool, someone had to let them out and back in in case they needed to go elsewhere.

This really was a home away from home. All the little added extras, including a freezer back pack and ice packs in the freezer were a welcome addition. The pool itself was fantastic and so beautiful to spend the days with the kids by it. The rooftop terrace was fantastic to sit out on too with lovely views of the place. The complex itself was very relaxed and everyone was very friendly.

The location was good for us as friends live nearby it has a excellent roof terrace with a sofa bed shower and toilet up on the top terrace and a BBQ / the outside downstairs terrace has a big table with chairs so you can comfortably eat outside / the living room has a comfy sofa bed settee

the apartment could do with freshening up ie paintwork etc and a more up to date TV so you can watch YouTube and multi language channels like sky tv as all the stations where in Spanish and we don't understand much Spanish and you only get one set of keys .
