London Comfy Doubles

Convenient location, good price for London. Room was comfortable enough for two people. The bathroom could use some renovation, but for short stay it was enough.

The communication with the host was a bit cumbersome - the check-in instructions were clear, but there was an unexpected request for bank transfer of 100 pounds as a deposit. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding the return of the money, but in the end everything worked out. It just looks a bit scammy so I would recommend the owner being more clear about the deposit beforehand.

Quite cheap for being in London area. The owner was polite and helpful, especially when I had unexpected personal problems that affected the stay, he still helped however he could. The beds were very comfy, the room came with a good fan, although it was still quite hot but that's just the weather being how it is. Came with a projector in case we wanted to watch anything. It felt quite safe in the house with locks on every door which was good and cameras in kitchen and communal area. There was stuff there to have different kinds of cereal, even nut milk available; some variety of fruit as well.

Its just a house so walls a bit thin, nothing drastic but something to mention. The town itself (Leyton) only seemed a bit unsafe just on looks - although I don't live there so I wouldn't truly know. The toilets are shared but there are two and both have showers. No cooking is allowed so would have to rely on ready food, it makes sense why but worth mentioning.

Wonderful place and The host was brilliant! was really friendly and efficient. I will definitely be booking again when visiting for work. This place is very convenient for especially with the parking facilities. Cannot complain.
