    Check in a bit weird, through a kiosk type window. But very swift and easy. No lift ( we both have lung problems one is on oxygen)Manager very helpful helped me on arrival and checkout with luggage. Very kind Thankyou. No on-site breakfast. However there is a huge kitchen sink in the room, crockery, fridge. So we bought a few basics.plenty of coffee/ tea & condiments. On inspection the room was huge and spotless( no black mould in the shower)Towels a bit small and no bath mat. But not a huge problem. Plenty of storage, electric sockets etc. On the whole a lovely clean and friendly hotel. On check in we were given codes to connect to the internet. Plenty of parking spaces. No litter the outside cleaned daily.Wonderful. We would definitely recommend the hotel 100%. We would definitely return.A pleasant relaxing stay.

    rude staff, blocked sink, they asked for 50 GBP damage deposit that is not mentioned when U do the booking, and there was gardener who decided to cut grass in front of my room at 7.30 am. complained to reception and got told to leave.
