We did not enjoy our stay.

Very little. To be fair the accommodations were as described. We indicated that we were arriving on an overnight bus trip and would like to be able to get in room early if possible - host indicated there would be a 20 euro charge. That is there prerogative but other hosts have been much more hospitable and understanding. We were not going to arrive that much earlier. In the past no host has refused or charged extra when the room is ready. The keys for this room are in a lock box with a code. That code is not emailed until the minute of the stated check in time. Check in is at 4 PM. Check out by 10 AM. Just not hospitable. There is a 35 euro cleaning fee. In the final message from the host we were given instructions regarding garbage disposal in a room that was noton our floor, not lit and difficult to find. Even when I am not charged a cleaning fee, I have never been asked to make a trip to dispose of my garbage. This item was never mentioned before reserving the unit. I wonder why? I did comply. In the listing it mentioned coffee and sweets. The sweets were 2 pieces of hard candy wrapped in cellophane. The sheets although they seemed clean had black smudges on them.

My wife and I are almost at the end of a 6 week trip and have stayed in many places during that time. Some of the disappointments were not contradictory to what was stated, but in no way was the host accommodating. Maybe we have been lucky but we have had many hosts and rated them all as exceptional. We would definitely stay with them on return visits. I would never return to this apartment.

J’aurais plus appeler ça une chambre que studio c minimum c plus petit que ma chambre j’arrivais à peine à respirer
