The property was listed extremely convenient to everything. It was nice and clean and comfortable.
They had already winterized the pool and I did not see that anywhere in the listing. So I was expecting to have the use of a private pool. It was after Labor Day but there is still plenty of warm weather to enjoy it.

Location was excellent
Pool was very cloudy, not taken care of, door knob to the deck was broken so we didn’t get the chance to sit on the balcony

Location and the place was clean.
They were working on the back area, could not sit out on the deck. The pool was not cleaned. There were children's floats all over the deck. Workman were working on the place next door and kept leaving the gate unlock, very unhappy with the outside, pool and deck.
