Las instalaciones del edificio, el apartamento es perfecto, todo exterior y muy bien insonorizado La plaza de garaje privada es muy grande ( nuestro coche lo necesitaba) Limpio, ordenado y con todo lo imprescindible
No es culpa del apartamento pero por desgracia para nosotros que fuimos en febrero no pudimos disfrutar del sol en la preciosa terraza que tiene unas vistas espectaculares Aún así puedes tomar el café a primera hora con una manta ligera o un vino a la puesta de sol

Location, very few amenities within walking distance. Car really essential for proper grocery shopping and restaurants.

The location was excellent with lovely views over the grounds and to the Mar Menor ,the swimming pool was excellent but even with most properties empty it still ran out of loungers so I would imagine you will struggle to get into this area during high season.the balcony was a great size with great views.
There was nowhere comfy to sit in the apartment and there were no shelves or drawers to put your clothes. Also the key process was not customer friendly and involved a trip to another town but this remedied but at a cost .
