La ubicación y el ambiente del alojamiento.
Hubo algunos detalles que no se correspondían con lo anunciado o que podrían mejorarse. Por ejemplo, no encontramos la plancha de ropa que se indicaba entre los servicios. Además, el espejo del baño estaba roto, la lavadora no funcionaba y la limpieza podría haber sido mejor, especialmente en la terraza, que no estaba limpia.
