Vybaveni, osvětleni, zásuvky, vše velmi staré a tmavé až depresivní. Po ověření údajně klimatizovány všechny místnosti.Pozor není to pravda klimatizace pouze v jedné jediné ložnici. Téměř nikde není osvětlení místností,pouze lampičky u kterých je pouze jedna jediná zásuvka Takže pokud chcete použít zásuvky na něco jiného jako je dnes velmi běžné Tak máte smůlu že nesvítíte Nebo musíte koupit přechodky a rozdvojky, protože tam jsou staré zásuvky . Za mě má dům Velký potenciál Stačilo by sundat všechny ty obrázky vymalovat do světlé barvy. Udělat nějaké osvětlení, nové zásuvky, trochu vybavit a dům by vypadalo mnohem lépe. Především nainstalovat klimatizace v létě je tam opravdu velké vedro. Na kvalitu domu je cena velmi vysoká. Jediné co je perfektní umístění blízko pláže.
