Perfect location, very near to the beach. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood away from the larger hotels. The fireplace. Private parking spot on the property.
There was some mold inside of the air conditioning unit and in the bathroom. Nothing tragic, but worth noticing.

Great locality, near by the sea, one of the best in Lignano Riviera
"light cleaning" approach by local agency is curious. You must to believe that family before you made good cleaning. We definitely left apartment cleaner than we've received.

220 m vom Strand, sollten aber nur 20 m sein! Mussten uns Küchengeräte und -Utensilien kaufen, um halbwegs vernünftige Tage zu haben! Durch Unwetter, irre kalt, mit Wintertageskleidung ins Bett gegangen, dennoch gefroren, Kaufhauses rundherum zu, kein Streichholz für Gasherd, kein Backofen, kaputten, fast rausfallenden Kühlschrank, ... riesiges, kaltes Wohnzimmer mit Art Couch Mini-TV, Esstisch, der zur Küche umfunktioniert wurde, ... Wir haben's überlebt!
Küche Katastrophe, Wohnzimmer Katastrophe, Schlafzimmer und Bad okay, durch Unwetter, Terrasse nicht nutzbar, ... irre kalt, Clima beheizte zu wenig!
