Unbelievable hospitality, excellent food for breakfast and dinner. Location close to beautiful coastal locations. The private open air baths in the room are absolutely lovely. It's great for someone who wants to experience a hot spring but is nervous about using the public baths. Even though the staff did not speak much English, they did a great job communicating. They were very accommodating.

This hotel is a luxurious boutique hotel. We used this hotel for my dad 88th birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful for my elderly parents. Each room had a nice private Onsen bath in the room and public bath. The meals were served in individual rooms. It was designed to provide privacy. The foods were very good. Probably not suitable for little kids. We will definitely come back here.

The in-room onsen was great, it was very nice.
The futon was very comfortable and very warm!!
We enjoyed the free drinks outside the onsen as well, very tasty coffee-milk.
Location was a little difficult to get to without a car, but it was not bad.
