L'emplacement. Une vue superbe. Concierge sympathique et réactive, idem pour les propriétaires. Le parking privé. Un bon rapport qualité prix.
La propreté de la salle de bain un peu limite j'ai dû retirer une tonne de cheveux coincés dans la douche et nettoyer les WC. Prises à revoir.

La ubicación, la decoración del apartamento y las vistas.
Que no hay ascensor y que para poder acceder a la ducha es incómodo sobre todo para las personas mayores porque hay que levantar bastante la pierna para entrar.
