About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment of 30m2 with breathtaking sea view, classified "Meublé de Tourisme" 3* and member of the Tourist Office. Neat and refined decoration.
Beach in front of the residence, with no road to cross (pedestrian walkway under renovation)
Suitable for 2 adults (and 2 children, including 1 baby. Baby equipment on site).
Quiet environment while being a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, Lydia and entertainment venues.
10 minutes from the Christmas Village (6.5 km). Free shuttle to get there, set up by the Town Hall 700 m away.

- living room: kitchen area equipped with fridge-freezer, 3-burner hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, mini-oven, microwave, raclette set and all the necessary utensils for cooking, NEW "rapido" sofa bed (sleeping 140x190 cm), TV, ceiling fan, plenty of storage, electric inertia radiator and auxiliary radiator. Large bay window with blackout curtains, offering a large opening to the outside.
