Located centrally in a stunning complex it had easy access. The layout was straight forward and there is access to awesome facilities .
There was no air conditioning. Luckily it has large ranch slider doors at each end of the property leading to two private patios.

The location near Victoria Park & the CBD of Auckland was perfect! Walking distance to major city sites & apartment tucked away from the fray. Supermarket very close & excellent cafe ‘Let’s Ketchup’ just down the block. The ‘view’ from the bedroom quite relaxing. Quiet for sleeping. I could live here!
Instructions for stovetop would have helped (foreign citizen, could not figure out).

The property itself was clean and well-equipped.
The property is up about 5 staircases from the street...fine for young tenants but a serious climb for older folks.
