Located centrally in a stunning complex it had easy access. The layout was straight forward and there is access to awesome facilities .
There was no air conditioning. Luckily it has large ranch slider doors at each end of the property leading to two private patios.

The location near Victoria Park & the CBD of Auckland was perfect! Walking distance to major city sites & apartment tucked away from the fray. Supermarket very close & excellent cafe ‘Let’s Ketchup’ just down the block. The ‘view’ from the bedroom quite relaxing. Quiet for sleeping. I could live here!
Instructions for stovetop would have helped (foreign citizen, could not figure out).

Location was excellent. The apartment had everything needed.
It was very tired. Duvet is yellowed and stained. Pillows old, flat and hard. Smoke alarm in bedroom covered in plastic wrap. Coffee table had peeling paint. Bathroom door water damaged. Only a single half used toilet roll provided. No plug for kitchen sink, 2 provided neither fitted. Looks like neighbours above emptied vacuum cleaner onto the back garden.
