I have very mixed feelings about this hotel.

The location is good – even though it’s far from the beach, they offer a shuttle service, and there are plenty of great food and shopping options nearby. It’s also in a very quiet area. We had a family room, and my child was thrilled with its amenities. Breakfast was okay, and the pool is surprisingly cool, which is a very pleasant change.

In our room, there was extensive mold in the bathroom (around the sink), and for the entire two days there was an unbelievable smell of chemicals/disinfectant. We managed to air it out partially with the air conditioning, but whenever we left the room, the smell came back. Right after arrival, following the welcome, we were immediately introduced to the policy about fines, which felt quite unpleasant – although I understand they probably have bad experiences with problematic guests. When we entered the room, we found that almost everything was damaged – furniture chipped, walls scribbled on – and I was honestly worried about how much they would charge us for something we hadn’t done (which, in the end, fortunately didn’t happen). The beach towels smelled bad and were completely disgusting. I wanted to leave after the first night, but unfortunately there were no alternatives nearby. Overall, the stay – especially perhaps in the higher floors – might not be bad, and it was quite inexpensive. But we won’t be coming back.

Awesome Stay at Infinity Aao Nang

The property completely surprised us. It reminded us of the hitels we used to go and stay-in as kids. Suoer comfy, super chique, extremely coze. The whole hotel felt like home away from home. 1. Location: I truly loved it as it was far from the maddening crowd. But yes it is worth mwntioning that a few travellers might not like the 30 min walk from the hotel to thw Aao Nang beach. But the hotel provides for a free transfer shuttle if you want to skip walking. 2. Pool: Absolutely splendid. It feels like the pool in your own backyard. They host great foam party. The pool bar is great. Our kids loved every bit of it. 3. Rooms: Awesome! Whetyer you take a room with pr without a plunge pool, the rooms are super-spacious. The kids sleeping deck is a feather on the hat. 4. Concierge Desk. Even if yoi come unprepared to krabi, they can book you your whole what-to-do list and that too at great prices. All-in-all we loved every bit of our stay here. Cheers.

Great hotel, fabulous location away from the noise of AoNang.

The breakfast was good, hot food, toast, fruit and traditional Thai food along with cereal, juice, tea and coffee. Our room was lovely, bed was huge and very comfortable. Loved the fact that it was so quiet, no maids banging on the doors, if you want your room cleaned you push a button on the wall and they will come as long as you do before 4pm, not once were we woken by hotel noise. We loved the location, around a 30 min walk to the main seafront but was paradise to get back from the noise of AoNang. Hotel runs a transfer during the day which we used a lot. All the staff were fabulous and couldn't do enough for you.

Clean hotel away from hustle and bustle of Ao Nang

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room with private pool, which was very clean and spacious. Both main pools were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was generally pretty good.

The hard bed made sleeping uncomfortable and breakfast choices were very limited. The free shuttle service is too infrequent with a late starting time.

Tucked away from the main road. Rooftop pool is relaxing. 2 great restaurants within 3 minute walk. Very good breakfast. Brilliant cleaner lady. A very nice atmosphere to the whole place.

Very clean and friendly. Staff are amazing.

The bed was too hard for me I have not long suffered 2 broken ribs and was a little uncomfortable. We were in room A314 lovely spacious room but not enough draw space to put your clothes and not enough clothes hangers . Not a fan of a frosted glass toilet door.

Couples first time to Thailand

The room was big for enough for. The bed was massive. Breakfast was very good. We had a pool with our room which was a great novelty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit further out from On nang than we thought but very easy to get taxis for small fairs.

The room needs more storage space.

Its a very nice and well maintained resort. All the pools were amazing (personal, main and infinty). 10 min walk from the main road with plenty of option for local food. Slightly away from the toursit spots so its not crowded and very quite.10 min taxi to Ao nang beach. Super amaing staff!

Rooftop pool is a must!

Tucked away from the main strip, Infinity was perfect for our group. We loved the pools, early evenings during happy hour in the rooftop pool were great fun and all of the staff couldn't have been nicer. There is a free tuk tuk service into and returning from town and the breakfast was brilliant, everything you could want!

The rooftop swimming pool was great view i had booked premium room with private pool which was okay but no vfm The rooms were stinking like damp clothes, staff didn’t take action after informing. Food was good. Location is a bit secluded from Main Street and far like 2.5km from Ao nang beach

Excellent hotel. Well worth the money. The hotel is a little far from Ao nang beach (2km) but there is a free shuttle every hour from10:30-17:30 and also there is an option to have a paid out of hours shuttle for 50THB per person which is a bargain. Would definitely stay again on our return to Ao nang.

Fabulous

We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite and it was absolutely fabulous! The room was spacious, very clean, and perfect for our family. The kids loved having their own space and we all felt really comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, a great variety of food that catered to both adults and children. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back again!
