Welcome to our 1950's era Waterfront home. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets ever!
This charming 1950's era home sits directly on the water of the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.
If you love being on the water, you will love this charming home. This private area has plenty of water fowl, seagulls, ducks and geese - perfect for those wanting to reconnect with nature. This home is surrounded by large trees and bushes, giving it a very private feel.
It's a single story, 3 bedroom/1 bath home with no stairs to negotiate. Please note, this is an older home and as such can have some flaws typical of these homes - single pane windows, Window AC units, dated plumbing etc. Everything functions as it was designed, but if you are looking for perfection, please continue your search.
We are proud of our single level, water front home and hope that you will enjoy the peek back to simple living from 70 years ago. Some of our closet doors are showing their age and from time to time, as we are water front, a bug can make an unexpected appearance. None of this is problematic to us and we hope that you will enjoy our location on the water and close proximity to the Chesapeake Bay Beaches just a couple of blocks away.
Our Master Bedroom features a Queen size bed with a Pillow Top Mattress. We've also installed a twin bed for those needing additional sleeping capacity.
The second bedroom also features one Queen size bed. The third bedroom, or kids room, features two twin size beds.
There's one full bathroom that has a bathtub and separate shower.
We have plenty of off street parking located just steps from the front door in this very secluded private property.

We are located just a block from the marina and the public boat ramps, so this is perfect for those who want to launch their boat.
We are pet friendly with plenty of room to allow your little friends to run and play! This set up is perfect for your 4 legged friends - with tile floors, don't worry about the sand that is sure to follow you in. Clean up is a breeze.
Fall asleep listening to the gentle waves of the Chesapeake Bay. And let the cool breeze blow away the present day stress! Join us with a small step back in time as you enjoy our charming Fisherman's Cabin situated right on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay!
We have a Charcoal Grill available for you culinary delight! We have an outdoor gazebo with a dinining table/area and chairs to enjoy the view.
In the living room is a 65" Smart TV along with high speed WiFi for your streaming entertainment.
* PLEASE NOTE: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.
