4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Water Front Home with a Private Beach and attached garage

This modern home has all the amenities needed to give you the comfort you desire in a vacation home. We are Pet Friendly (fees apply) and offer off street parking in our garage (please keep driveway clear as it is shared with a neighbor).

This Beach House consists of 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, an attached garage, a back deck with a retractable awning, a large backyard that is perfect for your 4 legged friends, beautiful waterfront views from the west side of the home, and best of all we are right on the water. Our private little beach is perfect for swimming and wading.

For the fishermen, we have caught croaker, spot, blues, strippers and flounder all from the shore of our private beach!

We've just installed a large 65" Smart TV. Perfect for streaming your Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.

* PLEASE NOTE: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.
