I loved that there was a light weight douvet on the bed and feather pillows. It is the first time I have been able to use the douvet provided in accommodation for a long time. Loved that the settee was covered in fabric and not leather effect

What we think were refuge vehicles were very noisy very early in the morning

The generous welcome package of a good bottle of wine, two large bottles of Adnams Ghost Ship and huge bag of crisps was greatly appreciated.

Could have done with some shower gel.

A very nice flat, comfortable and well equipped, with its own parking space. In an excellent location for river walks, shops, restaurants, all the delights of Woodbridge. Excellent communications from the agent, and swift action to repair plumbing leak.

Two disturbed nights out of five: our first, from a dripping leak, which was swiftly fixed the next morning; and our last, from *appalling* noise for two hours in the middle of the night from Network Rail engineering work on the level crossing right outside. The owner and agent were unaware of this work, and suggested that given the proximity of the level crossing we should not be surprised by noise: so, let others take note of the proximity! Next time -- and I would certainly go again, and recommend it to others -- we will bring ear plugs just in case! On the other hand, in spite of the owner's observation, perhaps our experience was a very unlucky one-off. Apart from this episode, a clear *9*
