The location was excellent - we know the area well. The property was great and brilliant facilities.
The lift was not working for three of the days we were there.
When looking at the photographs when booking, one photo shows the property to book as looking over the water when, in fact, 2 Deben Wharf looks over the town.

I loved that there was a light weight douvet on the bed and feather pillows. It is the first time I have been able to use the douvet provided in accommodation for a long time.
Loved that the settee was covered in fabric and not leather effect
What we think were refuge vehicles were very noisy very early in the morning

The generous welcome package of a good bottle of wine, two large bottles of Adnams Ghost Ship and huge bag of crisps was greatly appreciated.
Could have done with some shower gel.
