Perfect wholesome trip will every amenity you need

Absolutely perfect place and a massive credit to the host who was quick to respond to messages, the caravan was perfectly clean, organised and attention to detail in the decoration. All and any amenities you could think of were supplied I’ve never experienced this anywhere else (from Prosecco to extra towels just for the hot tub to breakfast bits and any toiletries you need) and it was just truly perfect. Great location for clitheroe and other places of interest. Lovely quiete peaceful site with lake views. Comfy beds. I have no bad words to say and would recommend this place to anyone over and over.

A little gem, very peaceful and idyllic

Fiona has thought of everything! We booked it for an elderly relative who is not that Mobile it was just perfect for us. I messaged Fiona months ago when I booked the property to see if she could accommodate some of our requirements. Absolutely no problem at all we have had a wonderful stay and although short my auntie has had the most wonderful birthday it’s her one trip away a year and it was just perfect.

The perfect mini break

We had the best mini break here. Everything about it was amazing. The location, the views, the facilities, the little treats our host left us, the hot tub...I could go on! We've already booked to come back in October for my Birthday! Fiona had thought of everything, there was nothing we needed for, it was absolutely perfect. To top it off I proposed to my partner in the hot tub :) we went into Clitheroe for one of the days and it was beautiful and found the nicest little Cocktail bar called Sauce Box! Definitely worth a visit! Honestly, words can't describe how much we enjoyed it here! THANK YOU!

Exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, beautiful views, an unprecedented volume of special touches such as Prosecco on ice on arrival, smart TVs in both bedrooms, fast wifi, fans provided, hot tub, quality furniture.

It was exceptional throughout. There is no useful feedback I can provide about areas for improvement.

Wonderful

The lodge was beautifully decorated and clean, as well as being in a perfect position overlooking the lake. It was the best stocked accomodation we'e ever stayed in and the host was great with communication, she even left us a bottle of prosecco and chocolates which was very kind and appreciated. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. The hot tob is a bonus. We'd love to come back. Thank you!

Perfect relaxing stay

Easy check in Great communication. Beautiful location. Luxurious home and what fantastic view of the lake. Lovely and quiet. Everything required was there. Amazing touches , extremely well thought out items and treats . Fizz on ice on arrival... The hot tub was superb. Wonderfully warm. To relax with a view was perfection. Tvs in both bedrooms and a good sized en suite in master bedroom. Absolutely everything you need is provided . An alexa is available and wifi was spot on. Little treats left for our son. And superb selection of teas coffees and breakfast items . Would highly recommend to anyone.

It had the wow factor as soon as we arrived, it got a 10/10 from all of us. The little extras that you provide is amazing and so thoughtful, would highly recommend. The hot tub was amazing too to relax in especially at night time.

We have had a fabulous weekend in a beautiful setting and what a view to wake up to! Steve and Fiona are fantastic hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The lodge has everything you need and more, Fiona has added the most perfect little touches. Thank you and we will definitely be visiting again 🙂

The property was decorated and furnished to a beautiful standard. Everything we could’ve possibly wanted was there and there were lovely little touches when we arrived, such as eggs in the fridge and a bottle of bubbles waiting. Fiona was absolutely fabulous.

Beautiful and cosy holiday home

The holiday home was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean! Fiona had made sure that we had everything we needed and even left us a bottle of fizz and chocolates. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was great too. We had a fantastic stay.

Very clean, home from home. Lovely little touches, attention to detail, quiet and beautiful views. Everything you need for a lively relaxed stay, warm, clean and modern. Brilliant to say its dog friendly too.

Walking over the a59 to get to the retail park across, however realised after there was a minibus service.

Lovely cabin, lovely location, sweet little touches to make it feel welcome, they thought of everything for a comfortable happy family stay.

Getting keys was an issue because I did not receive the right pin on my booking. When trying to get hold of someone the phone was going to answerphone.No one was in the office on site. Took nearly an hour to actually get in.
