Because it’s a small, intimate property rather than a large resort, you won’t find crowds of tourists posing for photos. Instead, you can relax in peace and enjoy a genuinely private and peaceful holiday. Food quality and safety: One thing I particularly appreciated was the owner’s transparency about food storage, especially meat. You can see the freezers where the food is kept, and the owner eats the same food served to guests. This gave me great confidence in the quality and safety of the meals. Exceptional hospitality: This is what truly sets the hotel apart. I was involved in a car accident on my way to Siwa and arrived at the hotel with painful injuries. During my stay, I needed daily pain-relief injections. The owner and his driver, Karem, took me to the hospital and pharmacy every day. They never charged me for transportation and even helped cover the cost of my injections. As a foreign traveller, being treated with such genuine kindness and care, especially when I was injured and vulnerable far from home, meant more to me than words can express. This isn’t just a place to stay. It’s a place where you feel safe, cared for and genuinely welcomed. I will always remember the kindness I experienced here, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siwa.

Cadre incroyable ! Je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux à siwa, être les excursions ça fait du bien d’être dans le désert. Hôtel très gentils, le repas du soir très bon également

L'accueil du personnel Waeir et son frère Franchement, il s'est très bien occupé de nous . Iwaeir était au petit soin, sa gentillesse et son sourire. L'endroit au pied du désert. Au bout du centre. Les deux piscines thermales, une chaude et l'autre froide, se baigner après une journée de visite La tranquillité. Franchement c'était un bout de paradis cet endroit . On s'est senti très bien. On reviendra sûrement

Un peu loin du centre . Il faut se déplacer avec les touktouk , c'est rigolo mais fatiguant car les chemins sont en terre avec des bosses

- Amazing location, just in front of the dunnes of the dessert. Very quiet with amazing views to the dunnes and at night time you can see the starry sky. - The breakfast very complete although we miss something to drink, coffee or at least a bottle of water. - The manager offer you free pick-up from Siwa town by tuktuk, only one ride. - It’s the perfect place to relax and connect with the nature, but a little far from Siwa town, you will need a tuktuk or taxi to collect you. Just depends on what are you looking for. I really recommend you to live this experience.

- The bathroom was not very clean at all, there were hair in the sink. - The shower didn’t have hot water. It was extremely cold water. - They didn’t remove the bin from the previous guests.
