Our family enjoyed the close proximity to the beach (right across the street, and down a short sandy trail), the quiet neighborhood, spacious yard, 3 full bedrooms, awesome laundry room, full kitchen amenities, and all sorts of special touches.

It was the location and it was clean.
Couldn't open a window in the living room had to instead open the whole sliding door upstairs..the kids bunk room had a good bed but it took up the whole floor space, kinda tight quarter with a suitcase and toddler bag and supplies.
