It was very spacious with clean rooms and cute decor. The staff was amazing. They were very welcoming, helpful and also recommendet local convenience stores and restaurants which were really good!

Ana and her husband were so friendly and helpful, they made our stay so much more enjoyable. She sorted us out with a day trip and arranged for her husband to come in specially to cook us an early breakfast. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is hot and cold water available in the kitchen 24/7. The location is down a small road in a quiet residential area, quite a way from the main part of town but there is a very nice restaurant 10 minute walk away - Latisana. For anything else there is Grab.
We were very happy here but it is worth pointing out it is not in the centre of Banyuwangi, if that is what you are looking for.

The room is very spacious, and the neighbourhood is quiet. Ana is very friendly. The cat is adorable.
The place has a bit of everything but is not in the best shape. Traces of small animals, dust, and hair can still be found after daily cleaning. There are holes on the ceiling. The toilet is a bit wobbly. The floors of the room and kitchen are, strangely, not flat; on top of that, some tiles are cracked. The wall is a bit patchy.
