The accommodation is a big family house with a big garden which is perfect for a big gathering with friends and family. The garden has a playground for children, big outside sitting area, place for a fire and all the necessary tools for a bbq. The house itself has 3 kitchens and 3 WCs/bathrooms. Everything is very well equipped, we honestly did not lack anything. The host was really nice and provided all the information, also the pick of the keys was without problems. In front of the house there is a parking for 4 cars. Definitely recommend the place.

Nothing really to mention here, everything was in order. These are not critics, rather just additional information so that everyone is aware during planning. Worth to mention so that everyone planning a trip is aware of how much place is there and what is the exact layout. We were not aware and had to improvise a bit with who is sleeping where. So on the ground floor there are two apartments, both with separate kitchens and toilets. One has a room with 4 beds (1 double + 2 single) and in the kitchen a sofa bed, the other a room with a double bed, and a sofa bed also in the kitchen. Hence downstairs there are 6 normal beds. Possibly two sofa beds. In the second floor there are 3 rooms, two with double beds, and one with 2 single beds. Altogether that is 12 normal beds. There is one living room on the second floor with a sofa in it as well, that can possible fit more people as well. However all in all, 12 people can have normal beds. Also worth to mention that one of the rooms on the second floor has a tight entrance, not suitable for older people or anyone having mobility problems.

Sovička is a summer house in Zuberec. We really liked how spacious and clean it was, with plenty of room for our group of 10 people. Having three bathrooms and three kitchens made our stay very comfortable. The garden was a real highlight, especially the covered gazebo where we could enjoy meals together and the campfire area, which created a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. We also had a great time in the shared games area, playing table tennis, table football, and board games. Another nice touch was the coffee machine, which allowed us to prepare coffee using beans from our own favourite coffee roastery. Just a short walk from Sovička, there was an ice cream kiosk and the opportunity to cool off in the Studený potok stream after a day of hiking. These little touches gave the whole stay a real holiday feel.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay and honestly can't think of anything that needs improving. Everything met our expectations.

Lokalita, vybavenie domu a izieb aj vonkajšie posedenie v altánku a pri ohnisku. Spoločenská miestnosť je super najmä ak je nepriaznivé počasie, ale aj na posedenie po večeroch. Mali sme aj umývačku riadu, práčku. Vonku je kotlík, gril a drevo, nič nám tu nechýbalo. Všetci sme si to užili. Ďakujeme veľmi pekne

Možno iba vonkajší chodníček od domu k altánku by sa hodil do budúcna, keďže pršalo a chodili sme po mokrej tráve. Berte to prosím iba ako nápad na zlepšenie nie ako kritiku.
