Well located, characterful building. Friendly hosts who have a great introduction to the property and town.
Steep staircase on the way in. Might be a problem for some, though not us.

Esperienza positiva in tutto.
Alloggio pulito, spazioso, in posizione tranquilla e dotato di tutto ciò che occorre anche per soggiorni prolungati.
Arredato con cura dei particolari e molto accogliente.
Posizione ottima in centro storico vicino a villa d'este, villa gregoriana, raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti.
Host gentili, disponibili e attenti al benessere degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo. Grazie Cristina.

I liked that the hosts went out of their way to show us around a little bit upon our arrival.
The only thing that I didn't like is the presence of ants, the moment a piece of food falls on the ground.
Also after I left, the owner really frustrated pushing for a review, which I was going to give anyway once I settle in. But she was on my nerves with messages, and after I gave my honest review, she went ballistic, threatening to report a scratch on the wall she claimed wasn't there before, and proceeded to report me. Just because I gave my honest review pertaining my personal experience.
While I could have considered staying there in the future because I am a person of second chances, I definitely don't intend to after her treatment post my stay😥. Am really saddened by the entire experience.
