we got upgraded to twilight since there was an issue with our room.

From the phone call to walk in, all staffs were really warm & welcoming. Love their professionalism, all staffs can communicate in English. We asked for late checkout 12.30 after zohor prayer & they eased the process. Credit to Miss Evy for attending us with such sincerity.

- near to airport, KK city, sembulan & tanjung aru. 15-20 mins drive to kk city
- lot of eateries

- first come first serve basis at cara hotel. 4 at the fronts, 1 available in front of the lobby entrance while 2 are for pick up & drop off.
- might get chances to get blocked since people always double park at aeropod. We didnt have that issue but it got on my nerve seeing cars blocking the empty parking spaces for Cara’s customers. Not the hotel’s fault though but that’s one of the few downside perhaps on Cara’s side, a PIC to secure customer’s parking would be helpful.

- cara boutique is at differenr block but the bellboy would assist u all the way no worries
- cleanliness on top
- feel homey
- complete with amenities
- lots of wall plugs
- twilight got projector to watch movies. Apps like iqiyi & netflix, use own account.
- bath tub is huge enough for adult
- walls can be considered soundproof, no footsteps nor voices heard from inside but from the glass windows, u could still hear the annoying high pitch busking at the night market (again not the hotel’s fault. Some buskers intentionally sang out loud when it’s almost midnight. Perhaps the hotel management could bring this issue forward to the relevant party).
Regardless of few hitches, we would love to stay again & maybe try cara hotel next time. I really hope the night busking could be in control though.

Hotel display board is too small hard to see from road side, suggest to improve so visually can see when passing by
