    We stayed in Room Reef 501 in July 2026 for a 1-night couple staycation. The room was spotless, cozy, and had just the right space for two. Big windows, comfy bed, Netflix, bath tub, amenities, coffee maker and the location is 10/10. Staff were super friendly and quick with requests. It’s clean, quiet, and right in the heart of KK. Step out and you’re at cafes, street food, and sunset spots in minutes. For couples needing a reset without leaving the city: this is it. Already planning our next one 💙

    Convenient for the airport, but don't expect a quiet night. Ironically, road traffic is louder than the planes even with double windows. Fine for a quick transit stay, just pack earplugs.

    I’m travelling with my daughter and we choose to stay at this hotel due to the new designed hotel. We checked in and the staff were polite and welcome us by assisting us to the room. We were staying for three nights, Wed to Sat. All good until the night before we checking out was a crazy night. Our room was facing the main road and the motorcyclists were racing at the highway all night till 3.44am. And we need to go airport around 5am. My daughter totally dint sleep at all! I don’t know if the hotel choice is right for me but I will have second thought to stay at the town area with the same price.
