Location. Lots of room. Great view. Beach access.
Dirty. Poor furniture. Stained sheets.

Great location right on the beach. Good access. Lots of window and balconies on each of the 3 floors to see the view from all heights.
The pantry and the kitchen were quite disorganized. The pantry was dirty and had broken glass in it...which turned out to be the blender which we had inquired about and were assured it came with the place so we didn't bring ours. Also toaster over was only a "warming" oven. No teapot for heating water. We were told it had an electric teapot. Also main level large fireplace didn't work. We lost power twice. We still had hot water but the showers don't function without power. :-( Also no small plates...which was odd.

Great view! Huge deck on main floor, hottub on bottom floor, lots of space. Also loved the air hockey and ping pong in the garage. Great fireplace on main floor.
Kitchen is a couple floors up, and we made a big dinner so lots of carrying stuff up stairs. No 9x13 pans. Needs dusting/more thorough cleaning.

The view and beach access is exactly what we were looking for. The home was extremely spacious with something for everyone! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the kitchen was comfortable to work in with more than one person. Super close to the little town, we walked! Highly worth the stay just based on location and beach access alone.
There were more stairs than we expected, not a big deal at all but for those who can't or don't prefer to do stairs, it could be a bit much. The BBQ utensils were rusty and should be thrown away. We bought our own. Two of the burners for the kitchen range didn't work, and the kitchen utensils could have been more clean.
